– 1 tostada shell
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 package of taco seasoning
– Shredded Lettuce
– Shredded Cheese
Refried Beans
– 1/2 White Onion
– 1/2 Jalapano (seeds removed)
– 2 cans Pinto Beans (1 can drained)
– 1 tbsp Cumin
Chipotle Crema
– 1/2 cup Sour Cream
– 2 chipotles with Adobo
– 2 tsp Lime Juice
